You will need to verify both your old and new numbers via OTP. Yes. You can request account closure by contacting support@mk777.link. Before closure, withdraw any remaining PKR balance to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened if you change your mind (unlike self-exclusion, which has mandatory minimum periods). If you are closing because of gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, as it provides stronger protection.
